Six Months Old

Half a year y'all. Insanity I tell you!
At 6 months she is

Eating food! Loving carrots (from daddys' garden) and sweet potatoes.
Scooting around everywhere
Talking! Said Dada for the first time (of course it was to mama, and dada was no where to be found, after babbling gaga geege, and was just thrown in there. but she said it!)
17lbs, 24.5 inches. Still short and fat, but she is finally thinning out!
Sleeps 12 hours through the night- once with out a peep!!!!
Starting to get hair, cant' tell if it'll be curly, but it is taking on a redish tint
Loves when mama sings "Baby Baluga"
Loves to play "upside down baby"
Bath time is the best
Can drink out of her sippy cup, and has to close her eyes when she gets anything...........
She's figured out how to drink out of mom's water bottle- which means she can drink out of a straw and is apparently a milestone????
Takes steps when held upright
Is wearing 9 - 12month old clothes
Has moved on to BIG bows
Is a hard core Padres fan. She actually SPIT at a Giants fan. We're working on manners.
Knows when Mom leaves the room. Can be ok with it, unless she's tired.
Gets scared when the preschoolers pretend to be Dinosaurs (those kids have some scary Roars!)
Still leaves the bows on, but figured out how to take off the sunglasses
Loves to play with her toy tractor, the tomatoes, and tags on anything.
Oh, and is obsessed with watches and my necklace and waterbottle.
Has the cutest laugh ever, and the bestest smile that melts everyones hearts.
Love her so much, my growing up way to fast baby girl!!!!
